Legal & fiscal questions for international property investment

To confirm the legal and fiscal position for foreign investors in the property market:  we need to confirm:

What are we buying and freehold or lease under what terms?

Can we sell to any form of buyer, local or foreign?

Can we lease to any form of lessee and under what terms and tax payable?

Can the invested money be re-patriated under what terms?

Can the profit be re-patriated and what is the tax on the profit?

Will the buying company/person have to register for VAT and pay this on what aspects?

Stamp duty and other local charges?
